1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sellzzy, an e-commerce platform operated by Sellzzy Digital Commerce, registered in Bangladesh, with its registered office at Durakuti, Lalmonirhat, Bangladesh ("Sellzzy", "we", "us").
By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Sellzzy provides software that lets a business create an online store, list products, accept orders including cash on delivery, connect payment gateways and courier services, and track marketing events. Sellzzy provides the software only. We do not sell your products, hold your inventory, deliver parcels, or act as a party to any sale between you and your customers.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite.
4. Plans, pricing and billing
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
- Each plan has published limits, including a monthly order limit, product limits and team member limits. Limits are stated on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.
- Taxes and government charges apply where required by law.

5. Payments
Subscription payments to Sellzzy are processed through SSLCommerz, a payment gateway licensed by Bangladesh Bank. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Payments that your own customers make in your store are processed through the gateway you connect to your own account. Settlement of those funds is governed by your agreement with that gateway, not by Sellzzy.
6. Your responsibilities as a merchant
You are solely responsible for what you sell and how you sell it. In particular you must:
- publish your own return, refund and delivery policies in your store;
- hold any trade licence, VAT registration or sector-specific permission your business requires;
- describe products accurately and honour the prices you publish;
- deliver goods and handle customer complaints and refunds yourself;
- comply with the laws of Bangladesh, including consumer protection and digital commerce rules.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Sellzzy to sell or promote: illegal goods or services; narcotics or controlled substances; weapons; counterfeit or pirated goods; adult content; gambling; unlicensed pharmaceuticals or medical devices; unlicensed financial services; or anything prohibited by Bangladesh Bank, our payment partners, or applicable law. You may not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund.
8. Your data and content
Your products, orders and customer records belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content so we can provide the service. You can export your data at any time while your account is active. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability
We work to keep Sellzzy available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties such as hosting providers, payment gateways, courier APIs or internet service providers.
10. Third-party services
Sellzzy integrates with services including SSLCommerz, bKash, EPS, PayPal, Stripe, Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, CarryBee and Meta. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, fees or actions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellzzy's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales, lost data or advertising spend.
12. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law or by a payment partner. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
