1. Who we are
Sellzzy is operated by Sellzzy Digital Commerce, registered in Bangladesh at Durakuti, Lalmonirhat, Bangladesh. For any privacy question, contact support@sellzzy.com.
2. Information we collect
a. Account information
Name, email address, phone number, business name, and business address when you register or subscribe.
b. Payment information
When you pay for a subscription, payment is processed by SSLCommerz. We receive a transaction reference, the amount, the status and the payment method used. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or mobile wallet PIN.
c. Merchant business data
Products, orders, delivery addresses and customer contact details that you or your customers enter into your store. This data belongs to you; we process it on your behalf so the platform can function.
d. Technical data
IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and timestamps, collected through logs and cookies to keep the service secure and working.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with:
- Payment gateways — SSLCommerz for our subscription billing; the gateway you connect (SSLCommerz, bKash, EPS, PayPal, Stripe) for your own store payments.
- Courier partners — Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, CarryBee receive the delivery details needed for a parcel you choose to send.
- Analytics and advertising tools you connect — for example Meta Pixel and Conversion API, when you enable them.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, email and SMS delivery services acting on our instructions.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or a regulator such as Bangladesh Bank.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in and to keep the platform secure, and analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the dashboard may stop working.
6. How long we keep data
- Account and store data: for as long as your account is active.
- After cancellation: exportable for 30 days, then scheduled for deletion.
- Transaction and invoice records: retained as long as tax and financial regulations in Bangladesh require.
7. Security
The service runs over HTTPS/TLS. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. Payment card data is handled by SSLCommerz within their PCI-compliant environment, not by us. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you to use a strong password and to limit team member permissions to what each person needs.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct anything inaccurate; delete your account and data; or stop sending you marketing messages. Email support@sellzzy.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also export products, orders and customers yourself from the dashboard at any time.
9. Children
Sellzzy is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify account holders by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect.
