1. We Gather Information

We Collect Information Automatically. We gather aggregated information on pages seen from all visitors to our site, including IP addresses, timestamps, and logins. Cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, canvas fingerprinting, and other technologies might be used to collect this information. Cookies can be enabled or disabled in your browser settings. Learn more about cookies in our Cookie Policy.

We get information from you or your merchant. We gather registration information such as name, email address, and phone number from our Merchants, as well as billing information such as address and information needed to sell items.

We gather information about any transactions recorded by us or returned by the payment gateway for End Customers who buy a digital product from a Merchant that is delivered by Sellzzy, including name, email address, billing and shipping address.

Payment, analytics, and other business services are all handled by payment processors. Payment processors keep track of which devices connect to their services and gather identifiable information about them. This information is used by payment processors to run and improve the services they offer to us, including fraud detection. Stripe, our primary payment processor, has a privacy policy that you can view at www.stripe.com/privacy.

We Collect Information from Third Parties. If you use third-party services to visit our Sites (for example, Facebook or Google), or if you share material from our Sites with a third-party social media service, the third-party service may give us information about you if the third-party service and your account settings allow it. The information we collect will be determined by the third-party service's policies and your account preferences.

2. How Do We Use Data

The information gathered is utilized for the following:

  • To respond to your inquiry, ask a question, contact you regarding your request, or for other purposes relating to providing and improving our services;
  • Providing a check-out option on our website;
  • To make it possible for us to contact with both you and the vendors;
  • If you have signed up for our monthly newsletter, we will email it to you;
  • We collect data from buyers who purchase something supplied by Sellzzy so that we may offer them with access to their purchase;
  • To guard against, detect, and assist in the prevention of fraud, illegal conduct, claims, and other liabilities;
  • To meet our legal and financial responsibilities

3. How We Disseminate Data

We rely on third-party vendors and hosting partners to supply the essential equipment for the service to work, and we may share data with them to offer the services you've requested. Cloudflare, Amazon Web Service, Rackspace, MailGun, Google Analytics, FreeAgent, HelpScout, Stripe, and MailChimp are among the companies mentioned. We have contracts in place with our third-party contractors that oblige them to use personal data only as needed to deliver services on our behalf and to follow all legal requirements for security.

We may be compelled to release your information in response to authorized demands from public authorities, such as to comply with legal requirements. To comply with any legal requirement, to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements, to defend our rights, property, or safety, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of others, we may be required to disclose or share your personal information. This involves exchanging information with other businesses and organizations in order to prevent fraud.

4. Do Not Track

Users can set Do Not Track ("DNT") as a privacy setting in various web browsers. DNT is a mechanism for users to tell websites and services that they don't want certain information about their web visits gathered over time and across many websites or online services. We don't recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals because the Internet industry is still working on defining exactly what DNT is, what it means to comply with DNT, and how to respond to DNT in a consistent way.

5. Cookies

A cookie is a text file that a website sends to a visitor's computer to uniquely identify the browser or to save information or preferences. Your IP address, timestamps, and logins may all be used via cookies. We use the information obtained via cookies to assess the efficacy of our website, analyze trends, and administer it. This helps us to figure out things like which portions of our website are the most popular and any problems our visitors might have accessing it.

Cookies are used for site authentication (logging you into your account), site functionality (the shopping cart, affiliate scheme, and referral scheme), site performance analysis (through Google Analytics) , and advertising administration (Sellzzy adverts you may see around the internet). These cookies save information about your visit to our website on the device you're using.

Your agreement is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary. When you first visit our website, we will ask for your approval to use the additional types of cookies indicated in this policy. You can withdraw your consent or delete these cookies at any time using your browser settings, however removing the authentication cookie will need you to re-login to the Sellzzy site.
