We Gather Information

We Collect Information Automatically. We gather aggregated information on pages seen from all visitors to our site, including IP addresses, timestamps, and logins. Cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, canvas fingerprinting, and other technologies might be used to collect this information. Cookies can be enabled or disabled in your browser settings. We gather information about any transactions recorded by us or returned by the payment gateway for End Customers who buy a digital product from a Merchant that is delivered by Sellzzy, including name, email address, billing and shipping address.

Payment, analytics, and other business services are all handled by payment processors. Payment processors keep track of which devices connect to their services and gather identifiable information about them. This information is used by payment processors to run and improve the services they offer to us, including fraud detection. Stripe, our primary payment processor, has a privacy policy that you can view at www.stripe.com/privacy.

How Do We Use Data?

The information gathered is utilized for the following:

How We Disseminate Data

We rely on third-party vendors and hosting partners to supply the essential equipment for the service to work, and we may share data with them to offer the services you've requested. Cloudflare, Amazon Web Service, Rackspace, MailGun, Google Analytics, FreeAgent, HelpScout, Stripe, and MailChimp are among the companies mentioned. We have contracts in place with our third-party contractors that oblige them to use personal data only as needed to deliver services on our behalf and to follow all legal requirements for security.

We may be compelled to release your information in response to authorized demands from public authorities, such as to comply with legal requirements. To comply with any legal requirement, to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements, to defend our rights, property, or safety, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of others, we may be required to disclose or share your personal information. This involves exchanging information with other businesses and organizations in order to prevent fraud.

What Should We Do If We Get a 'Do Not Track' Signal?

Users can set Do Not Track ("DNT") as a privacy setting in various web browsers. DNT is a mechanism for users to tell websites and services that they don't want certain information about their web visits gathered over time and across many websites or online services. We don't recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals because the Internet industry is still working on defining exactly what DNT is, what it means to comply with DNT, and how to respond to DNT in a consistent way.
